Shipping & Returns
Your orders will be sent by the USPS from our Cleveland, Ohio shipping facility.
Canada: Note that First-Class Mail International is without tracking.
Shipping to Canada is also available from the Netherlands (with tracking, transit time between 8 and 14 days, at reduced rate)
Standard Air means that it will be sent from the Netherlands
(cheapest option: Without tracking and 10-15 days transit time)
Rest of the world:
Your orders will be sent from our shipping facility in Arnhem, the Netherlands.
Orders in excess of EUR50.00 will be sent by registered mail
Registered (expedited) mail - Package is sent with a Track & Trace code for extra
security and will arrive earlier, this package needs to be signed for when delivered.
You will be provided with a Track & Trace code when registered shipping applies.
If none is present to sign for the package, it will be available at your local post office for pick-up (after the second delivery attempt) for about 3 weeks(bring your ID!) until it is returned to us. The costs of re-sending a returned package will be payed by customer.
* If pick-up at your local post office is not an option (for orders in excess of EUR50) please contact us.
It will be sent by regular mail. In that case, we cannot be held responsible for any loss as this service
does not provide Track & Trace, and will take longer to arrive.
